A most distinguished scientist, we were lucky to have Bob visit us at Baker IDI frequently, including a longer stint for a sabbatical where he worked on the early stages of his discovery of nitric oxide and its role in endothelium mediated dilatation.

Baker IDI recently won a tender from the Victorian Department of Human Services (DHS) to undertake a health measurement survey called the Victorian Health Monitor (VHM).

The 2008 Ralph Reader Prize for Clinical Science was won by Gautam Vaddadi for his fantastic work in understanding the neurobiology of orthostatic intolerance.
