Robert is a senior practitioner with nearly 30 years experience. He provides commercial legal advice, particularly in connection with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets, especially in the energy, resources and infrastructure fields.
Robert has a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws from Monash University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Melbourne. In completing his MBA, he was awarded the KPMG prize for business finance.
