Paula is presently Chairman of Tabcorp Holdings Limited, and a Director of Suncorp Group Limited (Chairman of the Board Audit Committee), Astro Japan Property Management Limited (Chairman of the Board Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee) and Fosters Limited.
Paula Dwyer’s background is in investment management and investment banking. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. Paula's past appointments include serving as a director of Healthscope Limited, Promina Group Limited, David Jones Limited and RACV Ltd.
