
Kate Metcalf is a Senior Solicitor with Monash University and a Trustee of The Baker Foundation.
She is a commercially oriented lawyer with extensive experience in the global health sector, the global photographic industry, and the university sector in Australia, plus experience in primary production, horticultural and food processing businesses, and the not-for-profit sector. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria, the Law Council of Australia, the Australian Corporate Lawyers Association and the Society of University Lawyers.
Kate holds Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Monash University and a Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Archaeology) from the University of Melbourne.
Kate's past appointments include serving as Legal Director Asia and General Counsel ANZ with Carestream Health Australia and Senior Corporate Counsel and Company Secretary for Kodak (Australasia).
