Jenny Grace was appointed as the Legal Counsel for the Institute in October 2007 and is the Company Secretary for the Institute and its subsidiary companies V-Kardia Pty Ltd and AMREP AS Pty Ltd
Jenny completed a Bachelor of Arts and Law degrees in 1999. Jenny commenced her career with the Australian Taxation Office in their graduate program and was admitted to practice in the ACT in 2001.
Jenny later moved to private practice where the majority of her experience as a lawyer has been in taxation and corporate advisory work for small to medium enterprises. Prior to commencing work at the Institute she was employed as an Associate at Gadens Lawyers in Melbourne.
