The ‘BALANCE’ education program is a four week group program that will provide you with the knowledge and ability to self manage your diabetes. This program is facilitated by our education team and involves a series of 2.5 hour workshops.
Achieving and maintaining good diabetes control, will help reduce your risk of developing diabetes complications such as heart disease, stroke, kidney failure and blindness. It will also give you the knowledge and confidence to live well with diabetes.
