Open to all Victorian Years 7, 8, and 9 Students:
You are invited to share your creative
and inspiring take on good health.

SUBMISSIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 9th MAY, 2014.

Capture the impact of good health through your eyes - whether it's on the mind, body and soul or on the lives and longevity of people around the world - and inspire everyone to make positive choices to improve their own health.

To enter
Tell us in a few short words what your photo and good health mean to you and send with your image to fundraising@bakeridi.edu.au , with the subject line "Education Week Photography Competition".

Prizes
First prize $150 Rebel Sport voucher
Second prize $100 Rebel Sport voucher
Third prize $50 Rebel Sport voucher

Terms of Entry

All entries must be hi-resolution of minimum 300 pixels per inch.  

In submitting the image(s), unless you advise us otherwise, you:

  1. warrant that this is an original work created by you and that you are the owner of the copyright in the image;

  2. consent to Baker IDI using (or permitting other persons to use) the images from in Baker IDI publications such as annual reports, research and fundraising material; on our websites and other multi-media channels; and in funding submissions;

  3. warrant that Baker IDI's reproduction of the image will not infringe the rights of any person,

In the above situation, you will be acknowledged as the photographer on all reproductions of the images published by Baker IDI.

If this is not an original work and/or third parties have been involved in its creation (for example a micro imaging, biomedical animation or illustration service) please let us know so that we can ensure the appropriate copyright licences are obtained and appropriate acknowledgement of the creator of the image is made.

Insulin Management and new Therapies

This program is suitable for nurses, Diabetes Educators, Dietitians, Exercise Physiologists and all Allied  Health Professionals working in General Practice and Community Health.

Cost: $230 (includes GST) or $200 (includes GST) if paid by 3rd March.
